Pet Policy
Pets - Max 2 allowedMonthly Pet Rent: $30 per pet
Pet Deposit: $400 (1st pet), additional $200 (2nd pet)
We do not have a weight limit, but breed restrictions do apply. Our restricted dog breeds: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canario, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chowchows, St. Bernard’s, Great Danes, Akitas, Terriers (Staffordshire), American Bulldog, Karelian Bear Dog, Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds. An application is required for each pet. Aquariums are permitted, provided they do not exceed a capacity of 5 gallons. Please note that exotic animals are not allowed.
There is no fee for approved service animals. Assistive animals for persons with disabilities are not considered “pets” but do require our prior written approval and will be evaluated consistent with relevant fair housing laws. Please reach out to our management team for specific details on the documents needed for service animals.
